Business centre “SQVERAS”

In the very heart of Kaunas, at Karaliaus Mindaugo prospectus 35, an  architecturally exceptional business centre with cutting-edge technology and engineering systems is currently being built. Two blocks of 7-8-storey buildings will provide 6,300 m2 of floorspace for offices and 161 parking places in underground and street-level car parks.

The business centre is being built by YIT Kausta, a sustainable real estate development/construction company which has been in business in Lithuania for more than 50 years and is currently part of the Finnish corporation YIT.

The business centre is scheduled to open in 2019.
